From training unlicensed and provisionally licensed healthcare professionals on our Bright University platform, to offering a training curriculum for a budding mental health workforce, the Bright Network is the standard for community mental health providers.
Bright Fellows are selected to participate in a competitive 18- month fellowship program. Modeled after a traditional residency, The Bright Fellowship program offers an intensive training and field-experience program that centers around educating students interested in the field of mental health.
During the first six months of the fellowship, the Bright Fellows participate in 6 rounds. Each round is 30 days. Bright Fellows spend 30 days learning and demonstrating competency in each specialized area of the Bright Training Program. Fellows cycle between Business Operations, Billing and Coding, Regulations and Compliance, Pharmacology, Clinical Treatment and Advocacy and Legislation.
Upon the successful completion of each cycle, the fellow participates in a strengths-based assessment to identify an area of interest. The fellow will be placed in a paid placement that offers both field experience and placement with an area a they demonstrated the most strength and compentency. The Bright Network is a provider group of licensed mental health providers. Ranging from Psychiatrists and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Professional Counselors, and Licensed Addiction Counselors.
